I have a 2-year-old beagle lab mix (Ellie) but have had dogs my whole life. Ellie is around 30 pounds and loves to meet new friends. Even with the low temperature I still take frequent walks (if it's not too cold). If it is too cold I have many toys and games to keep them occupied inside. I have attached some pictures of the games I own. My schedule is very flexible and I can work around your schedule. My apartment complex has plenty of common areas specifically set up for dogs. Additionally, my apartment is quite spacious and has ample room for running around and playing. Also I am located pretty close to the local dog park. If requested I could also take your dog there for an additional fee.

JJ was attentive to our dog's needs and a good communicator. He sent us regular photos and updates. When we picked up our dog, he seemed to be in good spirits and happy to see us.
JJ took great care of my dog Cobie. For personal reason I had to extend Cobie’s stay last minute and JJ was very accommodating with everything. Kept me posted on how Cobie was doing and let me know any concerns he had. It’s also a bonus that he has a dog as well so Cobie has a playmate.
JJ was awesome! My puppy, Annie, came home tired and happy every day she stayed with him. She's still working on potty training and he was wonderfully patient with her. Highly recommend!
JJ did a great job taking care of Gatsby. He sent pictures as requested and updated us on his stay. Gatsby had an accident at the beginning of the visit, but JJ seemed okay with dealing with that. Gatsby seemed reluctant to leave, he had such a wonderful time. We would definitely use JJ again!

Some of the most important things to know about a dog before sitting him or her are bathroom tells, treat preference(or diet restrictions), and energy level. Signs he/she show off when they need to go to the bathroom are important in avoiding accidents. Treat and diet info is important because using a dog's favorite treat is effective in having them follow commands. His/her normal energy level is important so I can tell if they are not behaving normally and something might be wrong. I have no breed preference. I just prefer to have dogs under 100 lbs
A typical day
I like to go for walks close to or around my apartment complex. It is large enough and there are plenty of smells for dogs to be happy. I try to stay off the main road because it is much safer. Inside I have many games and toys. The games dogs love the most are the strategy ones shown in one of the pictures. It involves the dogs solving puzzles for treats. These mental exercises are very engaging and fun for the dogs.
