Pet care experience
I have had and raised dogs with my family my entire life and have experience not only dog sitting for various family friends, but also working in a Doggie Day Care watching many dogs at once as well as providing some grooming services. I am always happy to meet new dogs and don't mind walking around most places anyway so having a dog with me would only make it better. I have a very flexible schedule and am able to provide loving care and comfort for your dog. I miss my family's dogs when I am living in Michigan anyway so this seems like a great way for me to work with animals that I love. I can stay at your house full time or just drop in every once and a while to check on your pet(s). I could also negotiate watching dogs at my house pending my roommates approval on a more case by case scenario.

Jimmy is a lifelong dog owner and lover of animals. Before moving to college Jimmy was the primary caretaker of his family dogs and made sure to responsibly care for and train them. Jimmy has also worked at doggy daycares as well as taken care of pets for people on vacation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
Jimmy was the primary caretaker for my 12 year old golden retriever and handled him during my time away with the utmost profession and care. There was time where I was away for academics and my father opened a business in Miami; Jimmy was able to take care of my dog on a daily basis for four weeks, and upon my arrival back the only issue I had was that I couldn't afford Jimmy to stay and walk my dog in the future. They developed a noticeable connection that continued even after he finished his work caring for my dog.
Jimmy owns and cares for 2 large dogs on top of being a dog walker while in California. Responsible and consistent, and has experience at doggy day care. 10/10 would recommend

I would want to know a little bit of basic information about the dog and what is and isn't ok. (Are they friendly with people and other dogs on walks? Good places to take them, and of course any medical needs they might have). I don't have any really negative breed preferences at all, but I do kind of like big dogs more than little dogs because they are more hugable.
A typical day
I am happy to go on walks in your neighborhood or even take your dog to the park somewhere as I don't mind having dogs in my car if they wanted to go for a little adventure.
