What Up Pup!
Pet care experience
We've had dogs our whole life which gives us a healthy understanding of the needs of pets and pet owners. Our house is located in a pleasant Burbank neighborhood. We have a large fenced in backyard allowing plenty of room for your dog to relax and play. Prior to booking a reservation, we do require a Meet & Greet with potential clients to insure both parties are comfortable with each other. Our policy is to board one dog at a time (unless from same family then multiple dogs are fine) Jimmy is semi retired and here during the day. We are eager to welcome your dog into our home providing you with peace of mind. Note: 100% of our clients receive photo and video updates via direct cell phone text message. (please see our reviews). We prefer NOT to use the ROVER app regarding this issue. Thank you.

Simply put, they are the best in the business. Great people, vast experience and knowledge with dogs, and they truly care and take care of my dog. They kept me updated the entire time and followed all the little annoying directions we had for them.
Once again, we felt very comfortable leaving town. Kingston was very well taken care of and loved. We loved the updates with photos and videos. He can't wait till his next stay.
We do not usually trust anyone else with watching our dog besides our parents, but we found ourselves in a situation where our parents were not available for an overnight and had to find someone else to watch our pup. We found Jimmy and Kathleen and they were everything we hoped for and more! They're attention to detail, warm and welcoming personalities and kindness to our dog is something we can never repay them for. We were so at ease having our pup staying with them -- they even sent us multiple photos and videos of our dog's stay without even asking. Our dog came back so happy and we had an amazing experience with Jimmy and Kathleen. Our dog now has a new set of pet parents!
