Pet care experience
I stopped sitting for a couple years when life got super busy, but I'M BACK! And I can't wait to play with your animals and give sweet snuggles! I grew up with dogs! We had dogs pretty much my entire life. I dogsit to get my puppy fix as I can't have any in my house. In the past, I was my sister and my brother's go-to dog sitter when they were out of town. I've had many types of pets over the years, including dogs, hamsters and even ferrets, and love all animals! In my house growing up, our animals were our family and I truly see them that way. I have cared for many fur babies with medication needs including IV medications, so that is not a problem for me. I hope to be able to help you and your babies in the near future!

While on a walk with your dog, will they have trouble remaining calm if they see another dog on the street or in another yard?
A typical day
We will enjoy going for short walks in the neighborhood, playing in a nearby dog park and even light one-on-one play with me, including fetch, tug-a-war, etc. (Unless you prefer not to have them play tug-a-war). My dogs enjoyed racing to get a toy I had just thrown but were not always happy when the other got the toy so I usually keep 2-3 on hand if there is more than one dog to play with.

Availability
I am available 7 days a week! I have a very lax job that is somewhat flexible on my hours as long as I am generally there during a normal workday and get my 40 hours. I can fit your pets in before work, usually between 7 and 8am, during a lunch break, and/or after 5pm. Let me know what you need, and we'll get it worked out!
