The mini-review is this: Jillian was phenomenal. Responsible, kind, attentive and lovely to both my dog and me, I came back to a happy pup and a well cared for apartment. The longer review is this: After taking such great care of my nervous rescue pit bull this weekend, I would now trust Jillian to hold the country's nuclear codes. She was calm in the face of stress (Bandit was snarling as she entered our apartment). She was cool (as my territorial pup followed her around the apartment). And she was terrifically responsive and helpful as I tried to offer suggestions from a distance. Through patience, kindness and great common/dog sense, Jillian managed to win Bandit over and sent me the pictures that proved it. Jillian was terrific from first contact, was happy to meet us quickly, and is clearly smart and responsible. Obviously mine's not the easiest dog to handle -- as mentioned, rescue pit bull -- but that Jillian was up to the challenge and plied Bandit with belly rubs and affection until she was able to bring out her sweet disposition, pleased me tremendously. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Jillian has been one of the most thoughtful and dependable dog caregivers we have ever had! She watched our 9 year of mini-schnauzer Ruffles for over a week. Ruffles is pretty high-maintenance, with several special dietary restrictions and medications. Jillian was so reliable with it all and more than happy to respond to Ruffles' needs. Most importantly, Jillian was so fun and loving... Ruffles had a blast with her and didn't miss us at all :)
