Hi, due to being extensively booked overnight, I am no longer accepting overnight bookings of only one animal. EXPECTATION: if you are booking me for drop ins and you are going to be out of town, you MUST tell me if I am your pets only caregiver in town. With the amount of fires we’ve had it is imperative that I know I’m the one responsible for the safety of your animal 24/7 until you return even outside of drop-in times. I am also requiring an “on-boarding” document for all new clients to fill out prior to booking. This is so I know what level of commands your animal knows as well as gives veterinary permissions etc. if you are curious about this, I will gladly email you a copy! This said, the “puppy” rate on here, I do use as both a special needs and a puppy rate. If I need to watch your animals constantly to prevent total annihilation of your house or my personal items, you will be charged that rate. As well as animals with a large medical need- if your animal only has one pill or something that’s easily given that’s excluded! I am also no longer accepting any overnight bookings without the document filled out first as well as a meet & greet to ensure that the dogs are a good fit and vice versa. Hello, I am 32 years old. I have been dog sitting and house sitting for at least the last 10 years, but in July 2016, I quit my full time job to do animal care full time, and have been ever since! I have experience with up to 15 animals at a time as well as special needs dogs & cats. (Special needs bookings will ALWAYS take priority over general bookings, I apologize). I also have experience with horses, rabbits, goats, fish, turtles, etc. if you have an animal other than dog or cat please reach out as I can likely accommodate. I have been working with Rover since July 2015 and have had a wonderful experience with it so far! Thank you to everybody that I have worked with so far, you are all wonderful! I do animal care professionally as my full time job. This said, when booking an overnight stay please do let me know the limitations of your animals time alone. Since this is my full time career, I am unable to cater to people with animals that I cannot leave for a couple of hours at a time either for drop-Ins or personal errands. I do work 24/7 about 300 days a year so therefore need to run errands etc while I am technically working. If you NEED me there without being able to leave for periods at a time, my rate begins at $300/ 24 hours I am unable to care for dogs within my home, but in the dogs’ home I do try to maintain their regular schedules, activities, etc. as best as possible.
