My passion for helping animals has cultivated since childhood, as my happiest memories usually involved my furry or aquatic family members, including dogs (Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Border Collies, & Havanese), cats, hamsters, turtles, and fish. From these experiences, I developed a sense of motivation and pride in caring for both healthy and sick animals of all species. In addition to caring for own pets, my past experience with animals includes eleven years of pet sitting (including dog walking, feeding, and yard care for numerous families) and three years of working as a veterinary technician at a couple of veterinary hospitals (providing care, administering medication, and assisting during the treatment of patients and boarders). I also obtained my Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, where I took a multitude of classes on animal science & animal nutrition. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. I would absolutely adore meeting and befriending your furry family members!
