Pet care experience
Being an animal lover, I began pet-sitting at a young age and have continued for over 10 years (references available upon request). In addition to pet-sitting, I have also walked dogs and "boarded" dogs in my own home. I have two very sweet heeler mixes who love to play with any and every animal imaginable. I am currently in veterinary school at LSU, graduating in May 2019. I have also worked for a veterinary clinic for several years, and am able to do some bathing and light grooming for your dog upon request. I am also able to administer any medications your pet is prescribed. I have experience with puppies and training, as well as with older dogs who may require some rehab activities, and I am happy to help with those!

Jill took care of my animals and my children. At the time, I had a very geriatric cat and another who needed daily meds, along with the usual feeding, walking and cat box cleaning. My animals were always completely sanguine when I returned home after a long journey under Jill's loving care. It was as if I had never been gone. I recommend Jill very highly and with NO reservations. Anyone who can have her sit will be lucky!

My only requirement is that they are potty trained or close to potty trained. I do request a meet-and-greet with all pets prior to sitting or boarding. Meet-and-greets are not necessary for dog walking, but I am more than happy to do one if you prefer.
A typical day
When I stay at your house, you have the option of having my two dogs attend or not (both love to play with all dogs, and will never be left unattended in your home). As far as activities, I am happy to do anything you and your dog like to do, walks, tug-of-war, fetch, you name it!
