Pet care experience
As a teacher, I have summers off and am available almost any time of the week. I live in a house with a yard, and have my own dog. In the past, I have attended training sessions with my puppy and with my family's puppy.

We had Jill come over for drop-in a couple times. Gus really liked Jill when when she came over for the meet and greet. We will definitely use Jill again.
Jill is awesome. She even helped me out with a last minute visit with Java. She is timely, played with her, sends pictures and I would highly recommend her.

I maintain a clean environment for the pets to play in. There is no clutter on the floors. The staircase is gated off. Pets have scheduled play times, down time, meal times, and potty breaks.

I need to know if the dog has been fully vaccinated - this will help determine where we go for walks. I also need to know if the dog has any food allergies, what the dog eats, what treats the dog likes, and if the dog can have my treats. Finally, I need to know what to expect from the dog: if he/she has any anxiety, behavioral issues, aggression, or anything else.
A typical day
There are many trails around Houghton Lake that I love to take dogs to. I can also walk them around my neighborhood. At my house, I have a kiddy pool for hot days. There is also the Markey Dog Park where he/she can run around off the leash with other dogs.

Availability
I'm a teacher who does not work in the summertime. I am usually available every day, all day, except Saturdays. I currently have a golden retriever that is very friendly and mild-tempered. She loves other humans and dogs.
