I am a Georgetown Master’s student living in Arlington, VA, in the North Highlands neighborhood. There's a great community of dogs and dog parks here and since we don't have a dog of our own (yet!), I love pet sitting and walking dogs in the area. I am not currently allowed to house dogs in our apartment, but my student schedule is flexible and I am happy to take your dog(s) to their favorite spots for walks and fetch (or anywhere else your pup may love!). I am very comfortable with both puppies and large dogs after personally having them throughout my life, and have been pet sitting for the past 12 years. More than one dog? That’s fine! I have watched up to 3 dogs for an additional fee per pet and am happy to challenge myself to more! My willingness to be flexible according to your rules for your dog sets me apart from other sitters. Want the pet to have 2 hours of walking time? Great! I can easily incorporate that into my day-to-day. In my care, the pet would have at least 2 bouts of exercise with me, provided he or she has the ability to do this. Lots of petting and playtime and nap time will be part of our schedule together.
