A dog’s retreat!
Pet care experience
I understand that each dog has its own personality, likes, dislikes, and special needs. I'm happy to cater my dog sitting style as required. I'm familiar with administering pill medication and asthma inhalers. My previous dog had to have emergency surgery in the past so I'm comfortable operating in emergency situations. I love animals and have had at least one pet since I was a child. I'll take care of your dog like it is my own! I live near parks and have a walkable neighborhood so I'm happy to take your dog to play and on runs or walks. I work remotely from home and, weather permitting, sit outside with my dog in the backyard. I’ll be home to provide your pet with all the love and care they need throughout the day.

Jill is the best
Jill was a wonderful pet sitter and a delightful person! I felt comfortable leaving my dog in her care, which is saying a lot for an over-protective mama. I appreciated the fact that she has a fenced in yard. She was so accommodating to my dog's special needs, and it was obvious that he loved her when I picked him up. I have already booked another stay with her.

I walk with dogs on a leash and keep an eye out for any safety issues as we walk. I can crate your dog as you would like, have them follow any rules you would like, or allow them on the couch and bed. I can also practice tricks with your pup 🙂

I will want to know if your dog has any allergies, any medications, or any vitamins, supplements, or probiotics. I will also want to know if your dog likes swimming and if you’re okay with them doing so while on their doggie vacation.
A typical day
I match the activity level of the dogs I watch so I can provide them with the most fitting amount of exercise each day. I like practicing training for new tricks, taking walks on the bay, and exploring parks in the area. I get up around 7:30-8am, feed my dog, and then we take a long walk. I take a lot of breaks from work to take a walk or sit outside. I feed my dog at 5 and take another long walk afterward. Then there are lots of cuddles and play time.

I take my dog (therefore, your dog too!) on four walks during the day, give lots of cuddles and play, and give special dog treats occasionally.
