Pet care experience
Hi! Sniff, sniff! About us... We both grew up with dogs (her: golden retriever; him: yellow lab, chocolate lab) and miss dogs in our life. While we are waiting to get a dog of our own, we are missing the joy of licks and tummy rubs and endless "who's a good dog?!" We live in a dog friendly building about 100 yards away from Central Park, and we are both very active and very friendly people! We live a pretty active lifestyle and both work full time in NYC.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Jill and David. I know my dog, Josie, had a great weekend playing in the park and just hanging out with this sweet couple. And, of course, I loved all the updates and pictures I received. I hope we are lucky enough to have them watch Josie again soon!
Jill was great with my pup! Buddy instantly liked her and trusted her. She took him on long walks and was always very dutiful about picking up droppings, reporting to me what he had done during his walk and tiring him out! She also did a great job with the other dogs they encountered since buddy isn't always the friendliest dog. Would use jill exclusively if I hadn't moved!

Our home: Our apartment is spacious and has private outdoor space. Your home: We are “leave no trace” kind of people - in fact, we are routinely told when we stay in an AirBNB that they didn’t need the cleaning team to come (also my husband will fix a cabinet if it isn’t just right 🤷🏼♀️)

We love all dogs - but we do now have 2 small children, so our preference is for dogs who are comfortable around kids if the request is for dog boarding. If it is dog walking or dropping in, we can leave kids at home or keep in stroller.
A typical day
Tummy rubs, lots of walks in Central Park (we live about 100 yards away); Riverside Park too! We’re up early so we can do off-leash hours if that’s something important.

At the moment, we are both working from our home - so we have tons of availability! We take a walk every morning in Central Park with our son in his stroller and talk about how easy it would be to add a dog to our lifestyle!
