Pet care experience
As a lifelong animal lover and pet owner, I understand how important it is to find a trustworthy and caring sitter for your furry family members. With 30+ years of experience caring for my own cats, dogs, horse, rodents, fish, and even an iguana, I have the skills to provide excellent care for pets of all ages and needs. I currently have five cats, ranging from our one year old cat, Tesseract to our oldest cat, Edie, who is 20, so I am experienced at taking care of all ages. For fourteen years, I shared my life with Riley, a wonderful Golden Retriever mix. From the time he was just three months old, he was my loyal companion until this past September when he crossed over the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 14. Having cared for Riley through puppyhood, his prime years, and into his senior days, I have a wealth of experience with dogs at every stage of life. His absence is deeply felt every single day. I also have experience in providing basic medical care, including giving oral medication, and caring for pets with special needs. As a picky pet parent myself, I know what it's like to have to leave your pets behind while you're away, which is why I'll do everything in my power to make your pets - and you - comfortable while you're apart. Let me be your pet's second family and provide the loving care they deserve.

However, I am more than happy to take care of your pets in your own home and neighborhood. Your pet's safety, comfort, and trust are my top priorities. I'm happy to follow any instructions for your pet's care, including their preferences for food, treats, toys, outside play, walks, and sleeping spots. I'll ensure they feel loved and comfortable. A typical day
A typical day with the dogs I care for is a delightful mix of outdoor fun and cozy moments. We begin our day with a morning walk so the dogs can explore, stretch their legs, and enjoy the fresh air. I make sure to have waste bags and verify that they do their business and of course clean up after them as well. During the day I love to give them lots of attention and affection, depending on their preferences. They'll receive gentle pets, belly rubs, and calming companionship. As the day winds down, we head out for another leisurely walk to unwind and enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere. Each day is personalized to cater to the unique needs and personalities of the dogs in my care, ensuring they have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. Being without their humans can be a stressful experience, but I do everything in my power to make sure the doggos are happy, calm, and safe.

Availability
I live in Russellville and work remotely for an organization out of Little Rock. I usually work from home and have occasional day trips to Little Rock or Northwest Arkansas. I have quite a bit of autonomy and therefore I am usually available any time. I do occasionally bartend on a Friday or Saturday night, and those shifts are usually 5-7 hours.
