(I'd have more but the hubby says NO WAY! - Which is a big reason I love to dog-sit!) Additionally, I've worked full-time in the veterinarian medical field for the past 10+ years, and feel very comfortable with the physical care of pets. Located just South of Traverse City, we have an amazing 5-acre house with tons of room to run and even a pond to play in. Your dog will love staying with us! Come join our pack and let's play! We can't wait to meet your precious fur baby soon!

My dog had such a great time with Jil and her fur babies! They are super sweet and her place is fabulous with tons of space to play. 5stars!
Jil hosted our two puppies overnight and we couldn't have been happier. She is an absolutely wonderful host and we were instantly comfortable with her watching our babies. Jil made sure to keep us up to date on how they were doing and even shared pictures with us along the way. Before we left her home, she made sure we knew how everything would work and made sure we had her direct phone so we could stay connected. Wonderful experience...we will definitely use Jil again in the future!
We absolutely loved her! I was really nervous that my dog wouldn’t handle her first experience with a dog sitter, but Jil and family spoiled her rotten and she came home a very happy pup! Jil sent daily picture updates while we were gone and was easy to connect with, very responsive to messages. We were happy leaving Lily in her care and will definitely continue to work with her on future vacations. ♥️

All dogs friends need to play nicely and be submissive in nature. Our matriarch German Shepherd does not tolerate anyone challenging her in any way. I'm the boss - she's 2nd in command! :)
A typical day
We generally don't "go on walks", but just run around the big back yard together. We have woods, grass, and even a pond to play in! Your baby will NOT be bored!
