I've worked professionally in boarding kennels and veterinary hospitals as well as caring for cats and dogs of my own over the years. I have experience administering pills and liquid oral medications to both cats and dogs. Currently I am focused on cats and other small critters, and I would love to come provide enrichment and care for your kitties while you're away!

Jez has had many pets in their life, notably including a time with three dogs together - an older dog and two young puppies, and currently they have two cats. They have always been sweet, loving, and patient with all their animals. They treat animals with gentleness and respect and are always on top of making sure their needs are met, including plenty of play and mental stimulation in addition to basic physical needs.

Cats so often do better in their own, familiar territory, rather than the stressful and frightening experience of boarding somewhere where they may have to be kept kenneled and unable to play or relax. With that in mind, I can come by to clean litterboxes, fill food and water dishes, brush, play, and snuggle to your cat's heart's content! I can easily stay an hour or more depending on how much attention your kitties might desire – or make a quick retreat to give them the space they need after seeing to the essentials of their care. Special diet, medication, brushing, etc. instructions are a-okay!

Please let me know any special needs, diets, etc. your cat has. Additionally, if you have a routine that I should follow in order to better make your furbaby comfortable - food, then treats, or play, then brushies, etc. - I will do my best to stick to it!
A typical day
A typical visit from me would include seeing to the essentials - litterbox, water, etc. - while gently befriending your kitty. If they're amenable, I'd break out some toys for a little play and exercise, followed by food and (if owner approved) treats. Then we could settle in for brushing and snuggles. Finally, I am also happy to bring in mail, newspaper, etc. and water plants for you - just let me know of any special tasks like that you'd need done!

I work from home and completely set my own schedule, so I have plenty of time to come make sure your kitties are well cared for and entertained any time in the afternoon or evening.
