Pet care experience
I am a loving, caring, but very responsible person. I am also a student at UCSD majoring in biochemistry. Just a little about me--I speak French, I adore kids, and my first love was my funny dog Jengo who now has a small memorial area in my family home. I have my own two fun and loving dogs. Four bedroom house in central San Diego with a moderately big yard. As far as boarding, dogs are welcome to stay inside and sleep with us, if that’s okay. I’ve never lived without a dog before, and have lived with all ages of dogs from puppy to adult. However, my love for these furry companions extends to animals in general. I volunteered long-term at the San Diego Zoo educating people on endangered species and how we can improve our San Diego habitat for the wildlife that we all share our home with. I have always loved animals and would be happy to help out the next animal-lover in any way that I can.

This review is way overdue...but I left my two dogs Papi and Rocco over the holidays. I was so relieved with my chihuahua (Rocco) because he has had major anxiety issues where I couldn’t board him at the conventional boarding facilities. He wouldn’t pass the meet and greets. Josh and Jewliett have other dogs and Rocco immediately took to them from day one. They stayed for a week and all instructions were followed to a tee. Rocco’s on meds and sometimes it’s a challenge to get him to take it, but he did just fine. Both Papi and Rocco were happy pups when I picked them up which is usually when I can tell if their experience was a good one. It definitely was and what I liked was a dog friendly environment where they were allowed to nap on sofa. They also have a little yard which was great to get out and play with their dogs. I highly recommend Josh and Jeweliet. ?

Frankie and Rocco had another wonderful stay with Jewliet and her family! They have so much fun and this time Rocco didn’t even want to leave :) Always so nice to know that my pups are in excellent hands.
Jewliet and her family took amazing care of Rocco and Frankie! The pups were clearly well cared for and happy as can be when I picked them up :) I received regular updates on how the pups did during their stay and felt so comfortable knowing they were being cuddled and loved like they would be at home. I will absolutely book with Jewliet and family again! Highly recommend :)
