There isn't a time in my life I can't remember having a dog, or for that matter, a cat or any other animal. I truly think that dogs are special animals, and can give us so much perspective on how to enjoy this world of ours. I've raised purebred and mixed breed puppies of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, and understand the differences of personality and individual needs. I care a great deal about the health of a canine. After all, they look to us to provide them with good food, clean water, and plenty of exercise! My dog is a senior aged Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, and my cat is a senior aged as well. They get along beautifully! My schedule changes week-to-week. The calendar can be hard to balance so just ask! As of now I am trying to mostly dog walk/visit. I am also a full time student. Overnights and boarding will not work as of now since I have my own animals to care for, and my roommates also have their own dog and cat so it is already a full house here.
