We felt uneasy about Puggle's stay for a couple of reasons. First of all, we never got to see where she would be "at home" for the whole week. At other Rover homes we have seen where she would be and met the families and other pets she would be with. We never met Jesus either at drop-off or pick-up and we only got a few pictures. Even the pictures did not show her environment except for the corner of a bed which had no sheets on it. Puggles was VERY subdued when she came back to us - quite unusual for our active dog. This could have been because she was gone from us longer than usual but it did concern us. She seemed fine the next day and there were no evidences of abuse or neglect of any kind. I don't want to give a bad review, especially since Jesus was willing to take her on very short notice. But for future stays for others, I would suggest Jesus meet the clients himself and introduce them to the environment their pet will be in and send more reports and pictures - especially with such a long stay. I wish the best for Jesus, and hope that this review will help him in the future.
