I’ve been volunteering at the Washington County Humane Society for the last 4 years and recently started volunteering at the Berkeley County Humane Society this year. I previously worked at Shenandoah Vet Boarding facility and am currently working at a kennel for working dogs. I’ve definitely had plenty of experience with smaller dogs while working at the vet as well as larger dogs with my current job. I am an aspiring dog trainer and am always looking for new learning opportunities. In the meantime, however, I am looking for a new way to positively interact with and impact the community. I love all animals and love spending time with them. Because of these major goals and interests, this opportunity perfectly aligns with how I’d like to spend my time.
