Jessie was very nice and her commutation was great. She was very flexible and accommodating. We have elderly dogs who require quite a bit of clean up when it comes to them having accidents between pet visits because they are unable to hold it that long. I had asked Jessie prior to booking her with Rover if that would be something she would be willing to clean up during her visits. She had assured me that it would be no problem at all. Unfortunately, the reason for my 2 star rating is that upon our return home, we found a very large mess and it was clear that much of the pet accidents had simply been left uncleaned while we were gone. Our home smelled horrible and we had to spend extensive time cleaning our home. Our large dog bed had to be thrown away and we are going to have to have our floors professionally cleaned, which will mean about $500 dollars added cost. The worst part of it was that one of our dogs, our boxer mix, had eaten the poop from the accidents left uncleaned and was throwing up when my son returned home to pick her up. She threw up all day long and it took over 24 hours for her to recover. For these reasons I will not be using rover’s services again for my elderly pups.
