I’ve been pet sitting through rover since 2021 but have been pet sitting long before that! I have cared for cats and dogs as well as chickens, ducks, turtles, lizards, and fish. I currently only accept drop in visits for kitties as they fit into my schedule a litter easier. I have grown up with cats and currently have 2 cats of my own. I know them well and understand that each cat has their own personality. If you have a shy kitty, I will do my best to get them comfortable with me during each visit, while not pushing their boundaries. Drop-in visit routines are typically the same for each one: I’ll feed them, change their water, and clean their litter right away. With the extra time I’ll play with them, sit with them, or just give them lots of pets (whatever they’re up for!). I include lots of pictures to show what your cat(s) were up to as well as a detailed description of each drop-in. I prefer to do meet and greets before the visits and can usually find a time that works for both of us. However, if in a pinch I am okay to do without one. I do care for quite a few kitties and just ask that their “care info” is filled out so I can reference it as needed.
