I am currently unemployed and spend most of my days on the computer, searching for jobs and writing. My dog and I already have neighborhood walks scheduled for twice a day and would be happy to have a new friend to bring on our excursions - or snooze on the couch!

I have a fenced in yard, my dog typically utilizes a doggie door to go outside but I will block it off when your dog is here so that they can remain under direct supervision at all times. I have a small crate and small playpen left over from puppy fostering, so if your little one needs to stay put for any reason that can be accommodated. I have not personally crate trained dogs, but if your pup prefers to sleep in their own little cave or if you want to keep up the practice, we can do that too.

Pet care experience

My senior dog and I have cared for a number of foster pups, but now the house feels empty. If you choose to board or daycare with us, you'll be with a human with a whole doggie lifespan of experience and a terrier/chihuahua mutt who is happy to share the love.

Jesse is an EXCELLENT caretaker for pets! Before I adopted our beloved family dog, Lanna, Jesse was her long-term foster. She took Lanna off the streets and provided care for her when she was fresh from delivering a litter of puppies. She is a huge part of Lanna's newfound trust in human companions. Lanna is just one of many foster dogs that Jesse has cared for over the years. In addition to her adventures in doggie-foster-care, Jesse is also a long-time owner of her own incredible pooch, Penny. Penny has entered her senior years and continues to be a healthy, happy doggie because of Jesse's excellent care. Jesse is trustworthy, reliable, and I know that your pet will be safe and loved while in her care.

I would recommend Jessica to be a pet sitter/dog walker without hesitation. Jessica grew up with a dog at home and learned about dog care at a young age. When she got her own place to live, in 2012, one of the first things she did was to adopt a pup from a shelter. That dog has lived the best life with Jessica and continues to enjoy her daily walks. Jessica has demonstrated her responsibility to her pup by bringing her to regular vet visits, keeping up on all shots. She has dealt with emergency health issues with her dog, who continues to enjoy her best life, even in her "golden years." When Jessica was able to work from home, from August, 2022-March, 2023, she took on the added responsibility of fostering puppies for the LaBelle Foundation. She worked with the pups at her home, teaching them to play and giving them a happy beginning until they went to adoptive homes. In summary, I would recommend Jessica to take care of a dog of any age. She is a responsible and caring person.
