Pet care experience
I started pet-sitting after I lost my 15-year old pug. I was not ready to get a new dog, but I missed the comfort of an animal. My pug also required a LOT of care toward the end, so I strive to provide that level of comfort and peace of mind to others. I am happy to administer meds, deal with special needs, etc. I understand how challenging it can be to leave home and trust that your special needs pet is getting the care they need. Because our household has two cats, I no longer accept pets in my home but am happy to go to yours (either for drop-ins or some overnight stays will be considered). I am a respectful house sitter and always leave the place in the condition I found it or better.

Jessie was amazing with our dogs and their variety of needs! She was responsive and so, so thoughtful. We knew the minute we met her that our crew would be in great hands during her drop in visit and walk. Our dogs were relaxed and happy when we got home, possibly a bit disappointed we were not HER!

I am a pretty quiet and low-key person. I'm typing away at my laptop all day and like taking breaks for walks. I can accommodate short or long walks for dogs and love going to the park.

Visiting pets is one of the best parts of the day for me! I have a flexible schedule and love to fit in a few pet visits per week. I can offer a volume discount for ongoing pet assignments.
