From about ages 13-19 I took care of my neighbor's dog Monday-Friday. This consisted of walking them for 30 minutes and giving them dinner. I would also watch the dogs while the owners were out of town. I would go over there 3x a day and play with them, walk them, and feed them. I now live in a new neighborhood, different from the one above. I have had 4 neighbors use me as a dog walker and sitter. One of these clients was for a year, one was for a summer, and the other two use me as needed. My senior year of high school, I worked at a dog daycare. It was a little overwhelming being in a room full of 20+ dogs, but my love for animals made it worth it.
