Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and have a dachshund named Sammy! He’s 7 1/2 so starting to be a senior dog. He is very mellow and keeps to himself around other dogs, but doesn’t mind them. When I sit for others, he typically stays at home with my partner unless specifically planned. I am available for drop ins, dog walking and overnight sitting in your home as well. I enjoy the dog park as well as hiking and wouldn't mind bringing your dog along at all. I'm a friendly, responsible and reliable person and I completely understand being nervous about leaving your pet with a stranger! Which is why I don't mind sending you lots of photo updates :) I can give your dog lots of love and cuddles and also provide activities for exercise and fun. Jessie was amazing and went above and beyond for our dog and 3 cats. She did a lot. Weekend overnight stay for us and gave us peace of mind that our animals were well taken care of. She left the house in better shape than when we we left and all of the animals were happy and healthy! Would highly recommend.

First off, Jessie has great communication (which can be challenging for rovers), she gave us plenty of updates and pics. Beyond that, can't say enough great things. She was incredibly sweet, loving, and caring with our pup and was not intimidated by our large husky/pitt and was able to handle him with confidence. In addition, she was understanding and accommodating to any of our dogs needs or our concerns. Book with confidence that your home and pup will be in good hands.

A typical day
During a typical day I would make sure your pet is active, take them out often, and give treats/food per your instruction. We would also get plenty of time just lounging and snuggling.

Availability
Unless otherwise specified in my schedule, I do typically work 730-530 Monday through Thursday, but I am totally available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I do have weeks off around holidays sometimes but will always specify that in my schedule.
