Ever since I was a child I had a deep love and appreciation for animals, and it all started with my childhood dog Bonnie, a sweet old black lab. 🖤 It truly is a dream come true to be able to care for all the furry friends I have met over the years and I look forward to making new friendships in the future! Nothing is more rewarding than being greeted by a happy, wagging tail or gaining the trust and affection of a shy, timid pet. I am forever grateful and excited to wake up each morning to provide reliable, compassionate, stress-free in home pet care, and I have been happily doing it for over 6 years! I've completed my Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts with high honors, Magna Cum Laude, and as a highly competent Professional Pet Sitter I would bring a resourceful, flexible, and hardworking attitude to this role. In my former position as a Lead Kennel Technician at a Doggie Daycare Resort and Spaw I offered significant abilities and experience in organizing, and prioritizing tasks especially in dealing with numerous breeds, ages, and temperments. I am Pet CPR and First Aid trained and Certified, and I am comfortable administering medications to dogs and cats. I have experience in dealing with and caring for over 50 daycare and boarding dogs, and play groups with up to 25 or more at a time in all weather conditions. In addition, I have experience meeting and caring for birds, bunnies, chickens, ducks, reptiles and more! Ultimately I am a very hard working individual that exhibits courtesy and professionalism in all dealings with pet parents and their furry family members.
