She ensured they were properly fed, walked, and cared for, and she followed all of my instructions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Communication was excellent throughout my time away—Jessica consistently stayed in contact, promptly responded to messages, and shared photos and videos so I could see how my pets were doing throughout the day. Although I discovered Rover at the last minute and needed a sitter during the Christmas holiday, Jessica was absolutely perfect for my needs.
