Hello Dog Lovers, My name is Jessica. I live in an home. I have a loving pup name Athena, she means the world to me. We just adopted into our family, Halsey, who is learning the ropes. Athena is a 6 year old lab/retriever mix and Halsey is 2 month old German Shepard. My sister has a dog and on her rotation she had me babysit her dog for 3 months. My cousin went on many business trips, so I had his German Shepard, meaning I’m very skilled with active hard-headed dogs. I'm not really party person, so I babysit for friend's dog while they're partying. I also foster for the Lawrence Humane Society as well as the Olathe Humane Society. I have the skills to care for all kinds of dogs, medical, special needs, etc. We would love to care for your pup as you relax. We're willing to have a puppy meet if you would like reassurance. We're a happy go luck family and can't wait to have a friends to meet!

Athena is trained to be free roam, I have a fence and usually have the deck door open, so all dogs have free range to be outside or inside. If your dog needs special attention like kennel or it’s own room, we have a lot of extra space through our the house. The quiet room is always open if we see that any dog may seem over-stimulated

When caring for your dogs, I would like to know what their nervous ticks are, what signs should I be looking for to show they need to potty. Naughty habits, example, jumping onto counters to steal food, chewing walls, etc. It’s good to understand habits so we can all be cautious , there is nothing wrong with these ticks. Our house is dog proof, but it’s very helpful to understand each dogs habit.
A typical day
We have many toys to be shared with, soft, heavy duties. I also like making different kinds of obstacle course activities. Training is always fun for me to stimulate their minds so they’re worn out later. On hot days, I bring out the kiddy pool as well.

I work from home and really only as needed type of work. The only time I’m out of the house is groceries or the gym. Usually I’m working on making the house better.
