PROS: Attentive to my dog’s special health care requirements and provided frequent updates to ease my mind. CONS: Received notice just prior to drop off for a 6 hour, doggy day care booking that modifications were made to the rate, increasing cost by 60%. Agreed rate was listed and booked for $25 per day but increased to $40 per day the morning of day care. Sitter’s response was basically that 6 hours is an exceptionally long day care booking, and the listed rate did not apply in this case? Though I am willing to pay $$ for attentive care, this last min rate change, and misleading service information is unprofessional.
