Hey there! My name is Jessica. I’ve been working for Rover on and off for about 4-5 years now have been dog walking/sitting for about 10 years now. A little about myself, I have grown up with multiple dogs, from purebreds to mutts, large and small. I recently just returned to the States from traveling abroad so I have a lot of free time and a flexible schedule to fit your needs. My love for animals has grown over the years and people have always pointed out my natural affinity for pets. I love being around animals and find their company to be relaxing and comforting. When I take care of your pet, I will treat them as my own and always play with them for a bit after our walk so they have some fun in their day! I understand how important your pet is to you, and I will do my best to keep them happy and safe!

Jessica was very warm and my dog was immediately comfortable with her. He didn't even get up when I returned because he was so relaxed. She accepted my booking on short notice, and was super flexible when I got delayed coming back, making the whole process very easy. Communication was good and the whole experience was worry-free. She would be my (and my dog's) first choice.
Aside from being responsible, accommodating and just a pleasure to chat with, my pup didn’t want to leave and this just doesn't happen. Ollie has a hard time always trusting new people (total mama's boy), but Jessica and her roommate Madison were so open and patient. They made a friend for life! He already misses them and it’s making me feel like I should plan a vacation soon. Love having someone nearby I feel totally comfortable leaving my pup with. P.S. The pics they took are hard to beat- totally captured his big smile and love of being out and about in NYC.

I live on about 5 acres for your pet to explore but it is not fenced in so they must stay on the leash at all times. It’s a very quiet road with woods in the back so there are a lot of smells to explore!

Depending on your dog and his/her needs, I can go for a run with your dog, play fetch, go to dog parks or hikes. Whatever is best suited for your pet.
