I've been caring for dogs, cats, exotics, and horses for much of my life. I've worked in kennels and as a trainer for the past thirteen years, providing love, proper care, feedings, exercise, training, and oral and subcutaneous medication. I value the uniqueness of each animal (and person!) I interact with and seek to meet them on their level and let them lead our interactions in order to create trust and comfort. I've cared and trained many different types of dogs from German Shepherds to Chihuahuas to the All American shelter dog and enjoy getting to know each dogs unique personality. I’m also happy to provide positive reinforcement training to reoccurring drop-in visits and extended overnight stays for an additional fee. I can cover basic obedience and manners, in addition to some behavioral issues (no human directed aggression, however).
