Hello! Welcome to my Rover profile. I run my own pet sitting business, Happy Tails, and I'd be happy to care for your pets while you're away. I am a lifetime animal lover and advocate. I grew up with cats and dogs, trained and volunteered at the BCSPCA as a cat wellness therapist, and I am a regular at Vancouver's famous Catfe. I have sat nearly 30 cats and 10 dogs in the last year and half through Happy Tails, Rover, and Trusted Housesitters, earning a five-star rating. *Prices are based on 20% cut that Rover takes from sitter services. Tips are welcome at the end of the stay as the entire amount goes to the sitter.

Jess did an amazing job over nine days house sitting my pets. They are very needy and crave tons of attention and Jess more than obliged:) I came home to happy, healthy fur babies and a clean house. Will definitely use Jess (Jessica) again and my pets will vote all paws up to that idea!! She is wonderful!!
Jessica was so great with our kitties! We have a special needs cat and she took so much time and care to learn about his needs. We have never left him for this long but we felt 100% comfortable leaving him with Jessica and she did an amazing job.

I consider sitting requests for: 1 dog, 1 dog and 1 cat, 1 cat, or 2 cats. I work throughout the Lower Mainland and may consider requests from Vancouver Island/Gulf Islands, Squamish, or the Sunshine Coast. I need to know about all health conditions, medication needs, leash behaviour, daily routines, and behavioural challenges up front. I do not sit dogs under 1 years old.
A typical day
If your dogs like physical play, I will engage with them in your yard and/or local dog friendly parks and green spaces. The same goes for your cats whether they are indoor and/or outdoor kitties! I love providing physical affection, enrichment, and comfort to animals catered to their individual needs.

I am an eclectic, empathetic, and enthusiastic person currently living a nomadic sort of life, who wants to build cozy life with her cat drinking tea by a window in a city, by the ocean, or in the woods somewhere.
