1/5 stars given. I’m not the write reviews type but this was the WORST doggie sitting experience you ever want to face so I have to warn you guys. If you care about your mental health and your dog please stay far away. Dropped my puppy off with Jessica she texts me once as soon as I drop him off then nothing else for 3 hours so I text her asking her how it’s going. Keep in mind I had given specific instructions to Jessica about my puppy. One being that he’s spoiled so I’m trying to get him to start using his crate more. Jessica replies to my asking how my dog is doing with a pic him not in his crate but instead she’s holding him and they’re “watching a movie”. At this point I’m irritated but I gently responded to Jessica “if u can just let him have some time to himself in the crate today he's going to cry about it but let him cry it out”. This is when Jessica goes ghost. She did not reply for 2 hours + I texted her back to back and called back to back to back. No reply. Keep in mind I’m at work. That’s the whole reason I booked with Jessica so I could have some peace of mind. It was the exact opposite. I had to contact support who also could not get in contact with Jessica. I had to leave work and go get him IN THE BLIZZARD we’re experiencing here in the Elgin area. Jessica finally replied that she was “sleeping” as to why she couldn’t reply to my messages. Sleeping while babysitting my dog. Like I said, if you care about your mental health please stay far away. Wish somebody would’ve told me before I booked.

Jessica was great. She took good care of my pom pom and sent update pics. Would definitely recommend.
