Love pets more than people
Pet care experience
My dog of 17 years passed recently and would love some pet therapy through this opportunity. My friends trust me to look after their dogs all the time. I seem to understand what they want/need so I bond well and rather quickly with the dogs. It's a bold statement, but I tease people that I can make their dog like me more than their owners. I've taken care of sick pets before and I know how to administer medicine. I would love to take your dog out to dog parks/beaches or hiking to go do something active. If you need me to train them, I can do that as well. I can tell you now I already love your pet and they are in good hands.

Jessica did a great job caring for my cat while I was away... I would happily request her for future pet care.
Jess came referred through a friend. She bonded with my dog almost right away. You could tell she was also eager to befriend my cat but unfortunately for Jess, my cat is a bit unfriendly. Jess told me she's also had pet rats so I believe that she just loves animals in general. I believe she'll make a great sitter/walker for anyone and any pet would be lucky to meet her.
My dog loves Jess! She plays with him all the time so he gets so excited when she comes over. Jess will play with your pet, take it out for some exercise, and provide some serious lovin'. She even sends me cute pictures and videos of them hanging out. Not going to lie, I get a bit of FOMO when she does this because my dog looks so happy. Jess rocks!
I've known Jess for a while and she's probably come to hang out with my pets more than me. Over the course of our friendship, I've had 2 cats, 1 dog, a snake, rats, and turtles. I always ask Jess if she can pet sit. My cats and dogs loved her and Jess loved them too. Leaving your babies behind, you already feel so guilty and bad but knowing that Jess was there made me feel better.

No breed preferences. The only thing I would need to know is if they have a health restrictions or if they are a nervous around strangers. It also helps if I know if the dog is obedient or not. If they are large dogs and have too much energy, I may not be strong enough to physically handle them.
A typical day
I usually like to play with them with their toys. Fetch and/or Tug of war are a given. We will definitely go on walks - maybe even hiking. If the owner is fine with it, I do enjoy taking them to the dog parks. I have taken my friend's dog to a dog park because he was never home. If there are any other particular things the dog enjoys, I am flexible to make it happen.
