To put it simply, Jessica was amazing! We have two little seniors, Toby and Milo. I was working on a last minute trip, but needed to figure out who was going to take care of the boys, who are generally good with strangers (well Milo more than Toby), but don't normally need boarding so I was nervous to go through and pick from the options. Thankfully I came across Jessica's profile; her positive detailed reviews, experience, and availability led to me reach out. Within minutes I received a message. There was good communication, she managed to squeeze me in for a meet-and-greet, and from that point onward I definitely felt she was a good fit. During Toby and Milo's stay, I received pictures, videos, updates, etc., everything you would hope for when you have to leave your fur babies with someone new and are a natural worrier, especially because its two dogs, with extra needs. I made sure I prepped ALL their supplies and gave as much information prior to their stay so that Jessica was prepared for all scenarios, but she definitely showed her expertise and professionalism. Also, I could tell both during and after, the boys were not only well-taken care of, but felt at peace and happy with Jessica, even with their separation anxiety. Jessica is amazing! My pup Nemo is very shy but warmed up to her quickly. Throughout his short stay she sent multiple photos and videos so we felt really at ease. We will definitely be using her services again in the near future!
