I caring for animals has and always will be a huge part of my life. I had two cats, a dog named max, and other various animals like birds, reptiles, & fish growing up. I volunteered for four years as a stable hand on a horse farm to pay for my English riding lessons. On the farm I took care of the owners dogs as well as horses and cats. I worked at a dog kennel walking, cleaning, playing, excercising and feeding dogs and cats who were boarding on location. I worked at a cat kennel/sanctuary cleaning, playing, exercising, and socializing the cats living/boarding on location. I grew up with the saying, “a good animal owner feeds & cares for their pets before feeding & caring for themselves.” Helping out animals and keeping them happy is extremely satisfying and I hope to do it for as many years as I can!
