With a degree in Zoology (Pre-Vet) and being President of BBR, I have a lot of experience and knowledge dealing with medical and behavioral issues. I am no stranger to training dogs simple commands and helping them to walk on a leash. I volunteered time at a vet clinic in High School and at a shelter in college, taking dogs home with me to get them out of the shelter for overnights. Post-college, I began my career in sales but never lost my love of animals. I founded Buckeye Bulldog Rescue in 2011 and we have rescued/rehomed over 350 dogs. I work closely with vet staff at many clinics across the state and behaviorists/trainers to ensure our dogs get the care they need. I am happy to dispense medications if needed and provide advice about diets.
