Hi, I am a dog mom of 3 awesome girls. I have a lot of experience with animals of all sorts since I was about 15. My mom was a vet for wildlife and we hand raised opossum's and squirrels in our home to release back into the wild when they were ready. My love for animals didn't stop there. I worked for a dog rescue in the Norcal area for a few year's where I fostered dog's in our home, did home checks for new foster's and adoption applications, worked with many shelters, and provided training, we well as planned events and provided clerical help. Now we have 3 dog's of our own, one of which was a medical foster after her leg had to be amputated. When the rescue received adoption applications on her, I would go out and meet with the potential families. No one seemed good enough. Then it hit me that she was already "home". Since her, I've had several medical fosters and I am not shy or trepidatious about giving pills, sub dermal injections, liquid, changing bandages,etc. I am trained in animal first aid as well. I am the Human Resource & Benefits department for a private school in Palo Alto Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm but with some notice, I can take full or partial days off so that I can be there more for your dog(s). I am available anywhere in the Bay Area and happy to travel a little further if needed.
