Present day: Single mom providing local pet care while sharing that passion with my animal-loving baby, who may sometimes be strapped to me in a baby carrier while I walk your sweet doggo- whenever appropriate! Excercise & fresh air with them makes the days even brighter. Open to in-home pet sitting and check-ins as well. My background: I have adored animals since a wee sprout! Watching my family dachshund grow from being my sibling to fur child, and became his primary caregiver for the long life of 15 years. That being said. I have experience with various breeds, ages, and special medical needs. I have personally adopted and cared for a few other pups (also cats, snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters, fish, hedgehog, pig, goats, etc) in the meantime for friends, family, and while working as a babysitter (some families had pets who needed care as well). Consistently volunteered at an animal shelter while living in Japan a few years back, where I took on the role of foster mom for kittens.
