Very disappointing! Very misleading profile information..spent almost an hour trying to find her "house", and there was no way of getting in touch with her when I was lost. Once I found the "farm", where I was assured my dog would enjoy a nice peaceful indoor stay with a woman and her poodle, I was greeted by her boyfriend cooking breakfast in the backyard of a broken down trailer. He told me they just got there 5 days ago and just got the kennels set up in the back. I knocked on the door and an angry pitbull mix was barking on the other side of the door with another random dog next to it. I decided at that point it was not worth my dogs health to drop him off at this shady residence, so I got in my car and left. I would appreciate a refund since I never ended up using her services. I simply did not trust this person with my fur baby.
