My name is Jess and I grew up on a dairy farm. I have been caring for various animals my entire life. When I was 14, I started as a kennel tech and have worked at different boarding facilities. My passion for animals grew and I went to school to become a licensed veterinary technician and have worked in an animal hospital the last 2 and a half years. I don’t have kids so our 2 dogs (a frenchie and a blue heeler) are our babies and I will treat your pets just the same! I have the medical background, skills, and the passion to take great care of your fur kids! I have a fenced in yard if you have an energetic dog and plenty of couch space and bed space if you have a dog/cat that likes to nap all day. If your pet requires any medications or special needs, I am familair with all of it being that I am a licensed vet tech. I will accommodate all of your pets needs.

Jess was great with our two dogs, we didn't worry about them at all over our 3 night 4 day vacation. We also appreciated that she trimmed their nails! Our dogs left happy and I would recommend her for your dogs too.
My dogs had such a great time staying with Jess! They were excited to get to her home and play with her pups. She was thrilled to see them and made my nervous dog feel right at home. When I picked them up they seemed right at home snuggled up with her. She was super receptive to the instructions I gave. She gave me updates as needed and made me feel so at ease. I will be utilizing her again and again for all my pup sitting needs!!
Jess is my go to person about my dog questions. As a vet tech, she is a wealth of knowledge and always gives me advice regarding my dogs. Jess is very passionate about her work and she continues to educate herself on the field. If you want someone who loves animals and understands them then Jess will be exactly who you are looking for. I cannot think of anyone better to trust with your fur babies. I know there is no one else I would rather leave my fur babies with.

I cannot take any aggressive dogs. I understand some are food aggressive or toy aggressive, I will always seperate my dogs at meal times. If there is toy aggression, toys go away. I do need dogs to be crate trained because some dogs have anxiety and destroy houses. Dogs will only be crated if I run to the store, errands, etc. I do have adaptil plug ins (natural dog pheromones) sometimes it just helps to calm the atmosphere. True aggression, I cannot take though for the safety of all animals. At the veterinary hospital I work at, there are dogs we cant even touch without sedation, so that is the type of aggression I cant bring in my home. I am 100% ok with doing meet and greets beforehand.
A typical day
When it’s not too hot out, we will go on walks. Your dog likes to play fetch? We’ll do that! My blue heeler can play fetch all day. Your dog likes to sleep all day? No problem! I have lots of cozy blankets they can snuggle on.
