Pet care experience
PLEASE NOTE: I charge per walk or drop-in, per dog (or cat). I am not available for overnight stays or boarding in my own home. Additionally, I do not offer dicounts for multiple animals, or multiple days scheduled. Thank you for your understanding. UPDATE: My current working hours are Monday through Friday, 11am - 3pm. My name is Jess, I've been around dogs my whole life and nothing makes me happier than caring for, and playing with, animals. I'm available to care for your dog any weekday. I have reliable transportation and I try to be flexible to meet the needs of you and your dog. I'm very passionate about animals and their well being and I would love to be there for whatever your dog needs. When your dog is with me, he or she will be my top priority and nothing is more important to me than making sure your dog is well cared for. Someday, I want to operate a doggie day care out of my home. I love dogs -- I love their affection, protectiveness, loyalty -- and pet-sitting through RoverGo is a step toward that dream. I currently have one dog and two cats, but I hope to add to my little family some day when I own my own house. I like to write, do craft projects and play Xbox, but there’s plenty of room in my life for lavishing dogs with affection. I have experience with bearded dragons, leopard geckos, fish, mice, hermit crabs, ferrets, frogs and rats, all of which I have owned, as well as horses, bunnies, snakes, hamsters, gerbils and turtles, which I have cared for in the past. I would be happy to provide care for any of those animals, or any others for that matter. I'm always ready to learn about something new! Please reach out to me to set up a meet and greet! Jessica was amazing with my kitty! Googly is usually a little shy, Jessica got her comfortable and took good care of her. I had to extend my leave due to some emergency and she was kind enough to continue Googly’s care, and comfort her. She was very diligent about sending me updates with pictures every visit, and consulting with me in case of any issues. She brushed her, pet her, talked to her and played with her .. put my heart at ease ..

A typical day
There are plenty of quiet streets and parks in my neighborhood, and that’s where I like to walk. We’ll start every day with a walk -- a long walk, weather-permitting, or lots of short walks. Your dog won’t have to spend more than a couple hours indoors at a time. I spend part of the day every day reading, writing and catching up on Netflix, which means couch time and belly rubs for your dog! My pets mean the world to me and I intend to treat yours the same way I would treat mine: with love and respect and kindness.
