I have been fostering and adopting senior & special needs pets for over 10 years. Seniors have special needs, and I can offer a quiet household and an abundance of patience for my clients. About my apartment- 2 flights of stairs. Dogs under 25 pounds can be carried up and down, any weight over 25 pounds should be able to travel 2 flights of stairs for potty breaks and walks. We have a nice dog park in our community that is a 2 minute walk from our building, and many friendly dogs in the area to play with. Senior TLC Slow walks, frequent potty breaks, home cooked meals, medication schedules, even massage or physical therapy appointments can be accommodated!! Volunteer experience We have fostered a number of dogs over the years, ranging from tiny chihuahuas to large chubby labs and a few pitties in between.
