Pet care experience
I've spent my entire life (since age five) caring for my pet dogs and cats, and for my hometown's strays. I've volunteered as a pet rescuer. I've worked on adoption events. And I've never met an animal I didn't just immediately love. I provide customized pet care services for each individual pet's needs. When you cannot be there to care for your pets, I will care for your pets like you do. I care for all breeds of cats and dogs! My schedule is flexible in order to accommodate your pets according to the schedule and environment they are used to. I have experience caring for nearly every common breed of cat and dog. I also have experience successfully administering first aid to both cats and dogs. My emphasis is on providing care that brings your pets contentment and happiness.

Jessica was very responsive to your last minute need for someone to do a visit for a new puppy while we went back to work. She was gentle and patient with our hyper pup. She followed my directions to the tee, and sent me a good report with photo after her visit. I would recommend her for cats or dogs.

My 3 furballs can be a handful due to their special quirks, so I am cautious on who watches them while I am out town. Jessica has done a wonderful job taking care of them and I know they are in good hands while I am out of town. I get frequent updates with pictures while I am gone so I can see how they are doing, but even without those I would be confident they are being well take care of while I am away.

Before sitting a pet for the first time, I ask you to complete a short form following the Meet & Greet that provides me the basics about your pets (such as age, breed, etc.) as well as lets me know about any allergies, health conditions, medication regimen, etc. I also like to know the typical information: What is their routine? Are they allowed treats? Are they allowed on furniture? Do they respond to commands?/Which ones? etc...
A typical day
My goal is to keep pets in the environment and on the schedule they're used to, in order to keep them content and happy. When walking your dogs, I will walk them at the time and place you typically walk them. I love playing with cats and dogs and will spend time energetically playing with them and their favorite toys. If your pet seems to simply want affection and snuggle time, I am more than happy to oblige!
