Update on me: I just accepted a new job which shifts my availability a bit. I will be going from marketing 9-5 to starting to bartend at a music venue in Berkeley. I don’t start until April so I can not yet guarantee what days, but the shifts run from about 6pm-1:30am, typically Thursday-Sunday. This opens me up to spend the day with your pets doing fun things! If you think my schedule could be conducive to your needs, please reach out! Meeting new dogs is just how I want to spend my days! I have had both cats and dogs in the past but I currently do not have any. Growing up a dog lover without a dog, I got all the pet sitting jobs in the neighborhood. Knowing how much I love being with dogs & cats, my friends call me first for pet sitting. I promise to always keep you in the loop on how everything went & send you awesome photos of your pets when I am sitting for or walking them! I can not wait to meet you and your best buddy soon!

Perfect? Is that even possible? Jessica is everything you could ask for in a house/dog sitter. She did all I asked for and more. She is a complete animal lover and an all around awesome human.
Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She house-sat for us and took care of our extremely playful, social, energetic border collie pup, Luna, for an entire weekend, and she did an amazing job. She took her on awesome hikes, acquiesced to her obsession with playing fetch, showered her with immense amounts of attention and affection, and sent copious photos documenting their crazy fun adventures and super sweet interactions. Not only did Luna have the time of her life, it was clear that she and Jessica developed a very strong bond during their time together. They are clearly kindred spirits, and we are deeply grateful for the effort, attention, care, and love that Jessica devoted to our sweet little girl ☺️???
Jessica did a wonderful job of watching our small dog and cat for a long weekend. It was truly wonderful having someone care for them in our home – I could tell at the end of the weekend that they felt very comfortable and secure after her stay, as compared to when they are with sitters outside of our home. Our house was exactly as we left it when we returned. We will definitely ask Jessica to look after our beloved pets again in the future!

I know that every pet has different needs and I am able to accommodate most pets' needs so long as I am made aware of them prior to the service booking. I learn what your pets' typical day is like so I can try to keep their routine as close to normal as possible.

A typical day
I love to hike with dogs, whether it be on leash or off leash. For off leash, they must have good recall and be good with other dogs. Generally I would look for a place to hike near your home. If you are located in Oakland or Berkeley then Redwood Regional is my favorite place to go with dogs. I’m happy to take your dog to their favorite park, dog park, or one walks to their favorite spots. I also love spending time in the backyard playing fetch or tug of war.
