Unreliable and emotionally unstable. The first time we hired this person, she had her boyfriend over without asking permission. We let this go as she told us she was feeling highly emotional and needed support. So we hired her again. On this trip, the alarm went off three times, and one time the police were sent over so we called her to make sure she was safe and everything was okay. She became upset that we called and checked in on her. Then she sent us messages every day as to the time our puppies were being fed which we appreciated except the hours were very late in the morning and late in the evening, So I asked her if that's when our dogs were being fed or if that's just when the pictures were being sent. Apparently, this upset her as well, and she became more unstable. Then we find out she is taking care of other dogs while she is house sitting and caring for ours. We were not informed of this prior to our trip so we did not know if our dogs were being crated all day or if she was just gone for a few hours. She became so emotionally disregulated by our questions that she stated she was going to leave and kennel our dogs. We told her they had never been kennelled before, and one of my dogs is highly anxious. Her response was, "I am keeping the dogs out of this." Meaning the well-being of our dogs are not important. Halfway through our trip, our dogs were kennelled, and we had to contact our neighbors to watch our house for us. If you want a relaxing trip and want to hire someone to make sure your house and animals are taken care of, do not hire this person. My husband were both looking forward to a nice relaxing vacation in which we happened to hire somebody who is mentally unstable and ruined our trip.

As always, impeccable person to leave beloved pets with. I travelled overseas to see my dying grandfather and had no concerns at what was going on at home with Jessica around. This is the second time she has watched my pets (all five of them!) while we have been out of the country and I don’t think I could recommend anyone more. She sends very welcome pictures and updates every day and my two year old even started asking “has Jessica texted, yet!?” every day. Jessica, without a doubt, has become someone I rely on and look forward to having around whenever I can’t be home. Thanks so much, again!
