Pet care experience
Hey there! My name is Jesse, I have been a professional horse trainer for the past ten years. After recently relocating to the Jacksonville area I am looking to work with dogs as well. I love dogs of every shape, size, and color! I have extensive pet sitting experience and have also worked in a small animal veterinary clinic so I have experience with special needs animals as well. I am comfortable dealing with injuries or giving any medications your dog may require, as well as caring for puppies and senior dogs. Although I am not certified in pet CPR, I have studied it and am certified in human CPR as well as a certified EMT. I feel very confident in my animal first aid skills. I am available for drop-ins and dog walking both during the week and on the weekends. Please let me know what I can do to help keep your best buddy happy! Thanks!

Great communication and looked after Kate like she was her own! Kate was stubborn about eating but Jessica worked her magic and got her to eat while we were away for the weekend. We would definitely have Jessica watch Kate again!

Jessica was very prompt in walking Xavier at the agreed upon time. Communication was great. Xavier seemed to have enjoyed his 1 mile walk and was set for the evening! We will definitely be using Jessica again!

Before my time with any dog I like to know if they have any special behavioral or medical needs, what their normal schedule looks like, and if they require anything out of the ordinary. After that, I want to know the fun stuff! Where is your dog's favorite place to go? Do they have a favorite bush they like to inspect while out for walks? Do they prefer belly rubs or ear scratches? Although I love all dogs, I have a soft spot for boxers and "bully" breeds. They just make my heart melt!
A typical day
If the weather allows I would love to take your dog to the beach or down any local hiking paths, or if nothing is nearby I'm happy exploring the neighborhood as well. If you have a good backyard and your dog loves playing fetch, I have a tireless throwing arm!
