Pet care experience
I'm well known as a dog person. I have grown up always having at least one dog - several labs, plenty of mutts, and now I have a 9.5 year old little guy named Dexter who was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2017. I'm well versed in giving insulin as a result and have gotten very used to walking him quite frequently. I would love to walk your loved ones or make house visits as I know it can be so hard to leave them during the day or for vacations. I have been walking dogs full time for 3 years now through Rover, and I have a very flexible schedule for visits and walks. I love dogs of all sizes, and safety is my number one priority. This was our first time booking with Rover and we are so happy we did! Jessica is a great choice for anyone looking for some piece of mind when it comes time for traveling and having to leave your animals behind. It was very comforting to know that Jessica was there taking care of our cat! She was very responsive and even took care of her on Christmas! Could not have been better.
Jessica was so helpful to keep an eye on my cats over a holiday weekend. She visited daily and provided pictures. Thank you for taking care of Frida and George!
Jessica was great with my kitties. This was a short trip but she was accommodating to meet early to review everything. She sent pictures from each visit. It's so reassuring to know everything is taken care of when I'm away.

I always make sure to ask best practices for letting dogs outside in their owners yards (any chance of gaps in fences, loose gates, etc. I also make sure to note which type of harness, collar, and leash combo works best for each dog.

Please let me know if your dog has any notable issues while walking - ie doesn't get along with other dogs, people, pulls at squirrels, etc.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks and or runs in their neighborhood and ask for any route preferences. I will also play fetch or with toys and of course add in cuddles and pets.

Availability
I am a full-time dog walker and have been for nearly 3 years now. I am available M-F and occasionally weekends. I prefer 9a-4p for walks and drop ins, but can work in earlier or later as needed.
