Hello! Are you seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and INSURED pet care professional to take the very best care of your furry kiddos in your absence? I’m so happy to connect! I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover, and in addition to my personal experience, I possess nearly two decades of ✨PROFESSIONAL✨ animal care experience. My relevant professional history includes working as a veterinary assistant at a local specialty & 24-hour emergency vet hospital. Since 2005 I have also worked for multiple large pet boarding/doggie daycare facilities including facility management of several of these businesses, and am more than comfortable with pets of varying species and breeds! I share my life with a behaviorally special needs pit bull, a border collie, two cats, two small parrots, and a tank full of fish. They are the lights of my life and I promise to treat your babies exactly as I would treat my own - spoiled rotten! 🚑🩹🩺 Animal CPR trained and possess the knowledge to recognize emergent symptoms such as bloat, GI and urinary obstruction, toxicity, heat exhaustion/stroke, seizures, etc.. Your pet is in safe hands and will receive veterinary attention immediately if needed while maintaining clear and constant communication with you! 🐦🐸🐴🐍🐢🐠🦜🐓🐇🦔🐁 Have exotic pets or large animals? I have experience with them too and am happy to talk about your needs! 🥰 ⏱⏱ I accept a very limited number of service requests each day to keep the focus on YOUR kid(s)! I ask that veterinary information be provided in the event of a medical emergency (I will always reach out to you first, but this is very helpful to know in the event you cannot be immediately reached). 💊💊 Additionally, if your pet has any medications or supplements, please provide WRITTEN instructions for each medication/supplement and have them in the original prescription bottle. 💉💉I am unable to accommodate diabetic pets at this time. 🌿🌻 Please note any allergies or allergies of household members that I should be aware of (ie, peanut allergy that may be transmissible if your pup eats a peanut butter treat). 🦠🦠 COVID-19: I am fully vaccinated but am still happy to wear a mask while inside your home if that is your preference. Please note this in our initial communication. 🦠🦠 If you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing symptoms within 14 days of a reservation, please let me know so that I may be aware and take precautions to keep myself and my family safe.

Please provide detailed information on their temperament and “quirks” such as if they have certain fears or anxieties, or if they have any allergies (such as poultry or if someone in your home is allergic to peanuts). For their safety and mine, this information is crucial. Please note: I cannot accommodate animals that are aggressive. Additionally, if you reside in an apartment or condo complex that requires a parking pass or metered street/pay lot parking, please disclose this upon booking. Additional charges may apply in situations where I must pay for parking. Effective June 2022, there will be a $10 key pick up/drop off fee if a lockbox or hiding spot is not utilized for visits. Any additional meet and greets beyond the first complimentary visit will incur a drop-in charge of $25.
A typical day
☀️☀️ When the weather is nice, you can expect your pup to spend as much time as possible outside to enjoy the sunshine, smells, and sounds! Dogs are never left unattended in your yard - I will be outside with them during my visit. ⛈⛈ For cats and periods bad weather, I will hang out with them inside, playing with their toys and/or working on some basic obedience skills with your pup for fun mental enrichment.

Availability
⏰ I work full time from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Please note that I am unable to offer 24/7 constant care at this time. ⏰ To accommodate all care requests, please note that visit arrivals will be within 2 hours of any scheduled time. Please contact me to discuss time-sensitive medications your pet may require. Weekends are a bit more flexible for mid-day drop-ins. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s specific needs! 📝 Communication and updates: I am available via text message from 7am-9pm daily and will respond as quickly as possible. For drop-in visits, you will receive a detailed summary of the visit including photos at the time of service. Please note drop-ins will take place within 2 hours of the requested time unless time-sensitive medications are involved. ☀️ Drop-in visits Mon-Fri are scheduled from 7am-8am in the morning pending length of service and distance from my full time job. Evening drop-ins Mon-Friday are scheduled from 6:30pm-9:00pm. Weekends offer greater flexibility from 7am-9:00pm. 🌙 Late night drop-ins (past 9:00pm) may not be available. Please contact me to discuss. 🧳🎒💤 OVERNIGHT SITTING: I will be staying in your home except for the time that I am at my full-time job or accommodating other drop-in care requests. At this time I am unable to accommodate constant care (24 hour exclusive care).
