I graduated from Virginia Tech with two B.S. degrees in Animal & Poultry Sciences and Psychology in May 2018. I moved to Massachusetts from Virginia in June 2018 to start veterinary school at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine! I have 6 years of experience working as a veterinary assistant in Virginia. Last summer, I worked at Banfield in Northborough, as well as on-call shifts at the Tufts Large Animal Hospital after previously working as a Large Animal Care Technician at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine during undergrad. I have experience working with horses, swine, cattle, poultry (turkeys and chickens), goats, dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, and pocket pets. I have raised two service dogs for Saint Francis Service Dogs and have two cats in my home (Bonnie and Clyde)! I provide detailed summaries of my time spent with your pets and plenty of pictures! I am knowledgeable in pet CPR, and am skilled in providing medications by various methods of delivery (injection, oral, nasal, etc). I am committed to providing humane, loving, and responsible care for your pet, and treat every animal as my own fur-baby. I want you to relax and vacation easily, knowing that your pet is receiving quality care and plenty of exercise, just as if they were in your care. I promise I will not accept your booking request unless I can commit the time and care your pet needs. I recognize that pets are just like children, and it is my goal to make sure no dog (or cat) feels neglected nor bored while their parents are away!
